* A limited quota will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. The registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation.
  2. To be eligible for student rate, the delegate must be a full-time student and a copy of student ID card must be submitted during registration as proof. Payment would only be proceed when the organiser verified and approved the application via the conference system.
  3. To be eligible for the special rate offered to care partner and/or person living with dementia, a copy of doctor’s certificate of the person living with
    dementia must be submitted during registration as proof. Payment would only be proceed when the organiser verified and approved the
    application via the conference system. 

This international conference has applied for Continuing Medical Education (CME), Continuing Nursing Education (CNE), and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points, which are currently pending approval. Attendees may be eligible to earn points upon approval.
